Withdrawals are subject to verification, minimum thresholds, and system availability. Novaqash reserves the right to delay or suspend payouts in cases of suspected abuse, fraud, or policy violations.
Novaqash reserves the right to hold, reject, or delay withdrawals if suspicious activity is detected.
Novaqash does not guarantee income, profits, or fixed returns. Earnings depend on user participation, referrals, platform activity, and availability of bonuses. Past earnings do not guarantee future results.

Novaqash reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts that violate platform policies, applicable laws, or hosting provider requirements.

All logos, designs, features, and content on Novaqash are the property of GROVIA DIGITAL. Unauthorized reproduction or misuse is prohibited.
Any registration or participation fee, where applicable, is paid solely for access to the Novaqash platform and its features. Fees are not investments and are not refundable except as required by law.
Any disputes arising from the use of Novaqash shall first be resolved through internal mediation via our support desk. If unresolved, disputes will be settled under Kenyan law.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kenya.
